Why don't use WebMoney ?

I have read all about TransXpress payment system from your post and also from the link that you have provided underneath i have lot of reservations about the transfer of fund from different accounts working at the international level. But there are many features and incentives that TransXpress payment system providing is quite encouraging. I hope to work all my problems with int he scope of the system.
